About us

Founded in Bratislava in 2021 — building an allyship between EU citizens and the people who are new here.

Our mission

Our mission is to build an allyship platform between citizens of the EU and foreign residents of the EU: established citizens and well-integrated residents offer their knowledge and time to newcomers and other foreigners with fewer opportunities, helping them overcome the practical obstacles of starting a life in a new country.

The obstacles we help with are often invisible to those who have never faced them: without the local language, registering with a family doctor can be impossible; without a native speaker present, a state office may turn down a request as simple as exchanging a driver's licence. Behind each of the 600+ cases we solve every year stands a volunteer who bridged exactly such a gap.
